By purchasing this item you will receive priority e-mail technical support (a reply within 48-72 working hours is guaranteed) as well as free major upgrades over 12 months. Once you have ordered, you will receive two e-mails at the address you have provided. The first one will be your order confirmation. It notifies that your order has been taken into account. The second one will contain your license information. Please note that the registration key generation process is not automated yet. You thus will have to wait some time before receiving it (usually a few hours). If you still haven't received anything 2 or 3 days after your order, please send an e-mail to the author including a copy of your order confirmation.
